01 Introduction

Welcome to the 1scr platform. This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of the website and service platform operated by 1scr under the domain 1scr.pro. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and 1scr as the platform operator.

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the 1scr platform, you expressly agree to accept and comply with all terms, conditions, policies and guidelines set out in this document as well as in our Privacy Policy.

1scr reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Member Eligibility

Use of the 1scr platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction that specifically prohibits the use of online betting platforms.
• Register under your own name — each individual is only permitted to own one account only.
• Not currently listed on any self-exclusion register enforced by any responsible gaming program.
• Possess full mental capacity to make independent financial decisions and act free from any form of coercion.

1scr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, phone number, email address, and any other relevant information requested by our system.

• Each individual is only permitted to own one account active at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of the terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including all bets and transactions.
• Your account password must be strong and must not be shared with any other party. 1scr will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify the 1scr support team immediately.

1scr reserves the right to reject registration applications without providing a reason. All information submitted during registration is subject to verification and may be used for KYC purposes.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

The 1scr platform supports a variety of approved payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local debit cards. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in the current promotion.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction.
• 1scr does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are to be used for betting and gaming purposes only within the 1scr platform.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per application.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used during deposit, or to a bank account verified through the KYC process.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 working days depending on the payment method and account verification requirements.
• 1scr reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has not fulfilled the wagering requirements for any active bonus received.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

1scr offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, weekly cashback, deposit bonuses and special festive promotions. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published alongside the respective promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion terms before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion per member, unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• 1scr reserves the right to void bonuses and associated wins if there is evidence of abuse, fraud or breach of promotional terms.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• The validity period of each bonus will be stated in the respective promotion terms. Expired bonuses will not be renewed or transferred.

06 Game Rules

All games available on the 1scr platform — including Live Casino, Slot Games, Fish Shooting Games, and Sports Betting — are subject to the rules set by their respective game providers and 1scr's supplementary policies.

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent body. Game results are final.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, the affected bets may be voided and the bet amount returned to the member's account.
• 1scr reserves the right to void or suspend any wager in the event of technical errors, incorrect odds display or other exceptional circumstances.
• For sports betting, official results announced by the relevant sports governing body shall apply. Any appeals must be submitted within 48 hours of the result being published.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorized method to play games is strictly prohibited.

07 Member Conduct

All 1scr members are expected to act with respect, honesty, and responsibility while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, identity falsification, or providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs or errors in the platform system.
• Using betting strategies or methods that abuse the bonus or promotions system.
• Uploading, sending, or distributing unlawful, harmful, or offensive content through any communication channel on the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or acting aggressively toward any support staff or fellow members.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to gain an unfair advantage or evade restrictions.

Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate action, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, balance freeze, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

08 Privacy & Data

1scr is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all members. The collection, processing and use of your personal data is governed entirely by Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement.

• Your personal data is collected solely for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, and service improvement purposes.
• 1scr will not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfil regulatory requirements.
• All data is stored on servers protected with the highest level of encryption and is accessible only by authorized personnel.
• You have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.

09 Liability Limits

1scr provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure platform availability and reliability at all times, the following applies:

• 1scr is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by members.
• 1scr does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, delays or technical errors, though we work to minimise these risks.
• In the event of a disruption caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, internet outages, or regulatory directives, 1scr shall not be liable for any resulting losses.
• 1scr's total liability to any member claim is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Termination

Whether by the member or by 1scr, an account may be terminated under certain circumstances.

Termination by Member:

• You may close your account at any time by contacting the 1scr support team via live chat within the platform.
• Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Any balance remaining after account closure is subject to the fund retention policy in effect.

Termination by 1scr:

• 1scr reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of terms violation, fraudulent activity or conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform.
• In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, 1scr reserves the right to forfeit any balance or wins held in the relevant account.
• Account closure initiated at the member's own request (not due to a violation) will be accompanied by processing of any eligible balance within 7 business days.

11 Terms Amendment

1scr reserves the right to update, modify or add to any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website with an updated revision date.
